Prestige is residential only, and it works in homes of every kind — ranches, colonials, condos, older bungalows and newer builds alike. Whatever the house, the visit is the same: careful, clearly explained, and finished with the room as it was found.

Is a small repair worth calling about?

Yes. A dripping faucet, a running toilet, a slow drain or a water heater that has quit is as welcome as a remodel or a repipe. Everyday repairs and routine maintenance are a large part of residential plumbing, and they get the same planned, careful visit as a larger project.

What happens during the first visit?

We listen to what has been happening, inspect the affected fixtures or system, and explain what we find before any work begins. If more than one approach is reasonable, you will hear each one and what it involves.

Will you protect floors and finishes while you work?

Yes. Protection goes down before tools come out — floor runners, drop cloths and covers for nearby surfaces — and the work area is cleaned before we leave.

Can I request a specific time for the visit?

Visits are arranged around an arrival window agreed in advance. Tell us what suits the household when you request service, and we will confirm what is available.
